Zoo Trip

Mar 29 - Aunty Joanne has invited our family to celebrate Bing Rong's Birthday at the Zoo! It was already late when we entered the Zoo, we took the tram ride and stopover to watch the Elephant's show. However, the sky turned dark very fast and windy like a storm is coming... we quickly hop onto the tram again and went to Ah Meng's restaurant for shelter. Luckily we reached there in time, it poured so heavily with thunder & lightings for about an hour! The kids have a fun time sitting around eating snacks and chasing each others around while waiting for the rain to stop. After which, we bought raincoat for the kids as it was still drizzling. Jayden was quite disappointed with the Polar Bear, he just don't want to get into the water... hee hee! While visiting the white tiger, Jayden shouted I WANT TIGER SHOW!!! It was abit embarrassing cos he keep wanting to watch "TIGER SHOW"... wahahaha... 'Tong Nian Wu Ji"!!! Jenn on the other hand was quite cooperative and quiet thru out the journey in the stroller. We bought the group photo which we took at the zoo entrance for $18!!! Ex but we sure buy... (like what the men's say)... hehe.

After Zoo, we went Orchid Seafood Restaurant (now shifted to 16 KELULUT RD, OFF YIO CHU KANG RD) for dinner and we loved their Lobster Porridge (MUST TRY)...soup so sweet!!! Also their Zhao Pai Ji (Signature Dish Chicken Drumlets) is very delicious too... YUMMY! Thanks to Aunty Joanne & Uncle Jimmy for the good recommendation... THUMB UP =P
